Die NEVERCREW war gerade in der Stadt Kiev (Ukraine) zu Gast, wo sie ihre neueste Wandmalerei realisiert hat. Als Teil des Kunstprojektes Art United Us ist durch die beiden Schweizer Künstler Christian Rebecchi und Pablo Togni in mehreren Tagen Arbeit das Mural „Encumbering machine“ entstanden, die sich über die Fassade eines mehrgeschossigen Wohnhauses von Kiev erstreckt.
In a system without balance, as the one human politics created till now, human attitudes could be useful on a side and a constant damage on the other one. What mankind created, as well as its culture, has now reached a point where are clearly shown both consequences and new possible choices.
The future direction is then in human’s hands, and in the hands of political powers that till now managed to work for their own survival and greed instead of pursuing the global, social and environmental well-being.
Mit ihrer Arbeit „Encumbering machine“ hinterfragen die Künstler das Ungleichgewicht zwischen Natur und Mensch.
