Die beiden Künstler Biancoshock und Elfo, deren Arbeiten seit Jahren auf kritisch-humorvolle Weise den öffentlichen Raum in Städten rund um den Globus kommentieren, sind gerade gemeinsam in Sofia und haben angefangen unfertige Graffiti von anderen Crews und Writern zu vollenden, die beim Malen abgebrochen wurden.
„Biancoshock and Elfo finish a bombing incomplete for unknown but imaginable circumstances. Working on a piece done by others may seem a blasphemous and disrespectful act but, indeed, the action explains how ‚Do Graffiti‘ is more important than ‚Who‘, ‚How‘ and ‚When‘ do them.
